Queenesia II runs Komodo itineraries from Labuan Bajo combining northern and central dive sites with Padar, Pink Beach, Komodo dragon trekking and snorkeling. The fleet sample route names Crystal Rock, Castle Rock, Shotgun, Golden Passage, Manta Point, Batu Bolong, Siaba Besar and Mawan.
Raja Ampat is where the vessel published departures currently concentrate. The operator sells a seven-day, six-night Central Raja Ampat sailing and a longer eleven-day, ten-night Best of Raja Ampat route, both round trips using the same seven-cabin dive setup with two compressors and a dedicated tender.
Banda Sea sailings are run as round trips from Ambon over eight days and seven nights, and the vessel also makes a twelve-day, eleven-night Bitung to Ambon crossing. These are expedition-length passages rather than the shorter Komodo circuit, and departures are seasonal.
Queenesia II is best suited to divers, couples and small groups that want seven private ensuite cabins, individual air conditioning and a dedicated dive setup while still keeping the social feel of a traditional phinisi. The mix of double, sea-view and triple cabins also works well for groups with different room needs.
Queenesia II is a 32-metre Buginese phinisi built in 2016 for dive-led cruising in Komodo, Raja Ampat and the Banda Sea. Seven individually air-conditioned ensuite cabins accommodate up to 16 guests, with one master cabin, one sea-view double, three additional double cabins and two triple cabins.
The operator equips the boat for scuba diving with 12-litre aluminium tanks, two compressors, a dedicated dive tender, DIN adapters and underwater lights. Safety and navigation equipment includes EPIRB, emergency life rafts, medical oxygen, radar, GPS, depth sounder and satellite phone.
Queenesia II suits divers who want more cabin privacy than a dorm-style expedition boat without moving into superyacht territory. The fleet's Komodo sample itinerary combines northern and central sites such as Crystal Rock, Castle Rock, Shotgun, Golden Passage, Manta Point, Batu Bolong, Siaba Besar and Mawan with Padar, Pink Beach and dragon trekking.
Upper-deck master cabin with one double bed, private ensuite bathroom, its own air-conditioning unit, charging ports and wide sea-facing windows. Sold as a non-sharing cabin for two guests.
Sea-view cabin with one double bed, private ensuite bathroom, its own air-conditioning unit and charging ports. Sold as a non-sharing cabin for two guests.
Three identical double cabins, each with one double bed, a private ensuite bathroom, its own air-conditioning unit and charging ports. Each is sold as a non-sharing cabin for two guests.
Queenesia Fleet publishes no rate on its own website; bookings are made through a request form. The figure shown here, USD 2,400 per person, is the lowest whole-trip fare on the vessel published departure list, a seven-day, six-night Central Raja Ampat sailing. Longer departures on the same boat run to USD 2,800 for eight days in the Banda Sea, USD 4,000 for eleven days across Raja Ampat and USD 4,400 for a twelve-day Bitung to Ambon crossing. No Komodo departure is currently priced on that list. Marine and national park charges are billed separately per trip and are not part of this figure. The fare covers full-board meals, snacks, tea, coffee and drinking water, airport and hotel transfers, land excursions, guided day and night dives, and cabin towels. Rental dive equipment, alcoholic and soft drinks, crew gratuity, travel and dive insurance, and flights are extra.
